Thinking of traveling to US!
Well you need to fill up two forms before you move out of US airport.
One is the US Custom and Border protection Form and the other is the I-94 Arrival / Departure Record form.
These forms in original can be obtained on board but for convenience, sample forms along with instructions can be downloaded and printed from here.
